Head Of Sales - Industrial Products Manufacturing Company

The Head of Sales will be reporting to the Regional Director and Managing Director You will be expected to develop business portfolio to mining, oil & gas, pulp & paper and other industrial sectors.

Our client is a Global Industrial Product Manufacturing company with various business lines. A well respected player boasting a strong track record historically, they are a premium brand in the industry. Consequently, they are looking to bring on board a dynamic Head of Sales who can assist the business at a time of rapid growth and make a key contribution to the business.

Description

Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Drive sales management towards new business acquisitions in mining, oil & Gas, pulp&paper and other general industries.
• Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image through all product lines
• Provide market information for the improvement of the company
• Prepare and forecast by summarising all the sales information, engineering, and application trends

Profile

This role is based in Jakarta we are only looking for Indonesian nationals. Whilst fluency in English would be an advantage strong written and spoken Bahasa is a must. The successful individual must also have excellent organizational and people skills, presentation and communication skill and able to give technical advice to the customers

Other key requirements include:

• A minimum 10 years experience in selling Industrial Products or automation.
• Preferably also with at least 8 years experiences managerial position.
• Strong network within mining, pulp&paper, oil&gas and other general industries.
• Able to demonstrate strong presentation skills
• Ideally you will need to be an assertive individual
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel outside Jakarta
