Head of Sales and Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
As the Head of Sales and Marketing you will be in charge and responsible for creating, developing and implement the Sales and Marketing strategies that align to Management Programme Plan so the company can have a successful marketing promotion (on-line and off-line marketing) and achieve the sales target.

- Report to Project Director
- Create an actionable SALES AND MARKETING plan align with corporate objectives.
- Develop and manage SALES AND MARKETING operation budget.
- Manage to coaching and mentoring the sales (in-house) AND MARKETING team member, so sales team can close the deal with buyer.
- Manage and monitor the sales agent (3rd parties’ sales consultant)
- Formulate and manage marketing activities to generate many leads, and monitor sales conversion from leads to closing, and conduct research what channels that can be utilize to reach targeted buyer.
- Have an updated knowledge of new rules and regulations, legal documentation and other regulations related to SALES AND MARKETING activities.
- Manage overall SALES AND MARKETING activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis OF SALES AND MARKETING trend, advertising AND MARKETING promotional events
- Design and draft, review and implement subject matter related policies, regulations, procedures and systems for operations
- Handle the relationship with vendors, consultants, sales agencies and other departments are related to SALES AND MARKETING activities
- Any other duties assigned by the Project Director related to SALES AND MARKETING
Criteria:
- At least bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 8 years experience in Real Estate / Property Development industry or managing and closing 4 product launching, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Experience in strategy development within Marketing & Sales for Properties & Real Estate Developments
- Experience in handling legal documentation related to SALES AND purchase of residential projects and handing over of properties to buyers.
- Equipped with excellent Microsoft office skill set (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Words)
- Good communication skill, fluent in English & Mandarin is an advantage to communicate with internal and external parties.
