The Food and Beverage Supervisor possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. The ideal candidate is expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic leadership responsibilities. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing, procuring product, marketing and helping staff with whatever they need to make them thrive while at work. The Supervisor must demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge and ensure that each outlet (MKT, Q Kitchen | Bar, Sauced on Losoya) is equipped with the essential supplies. The supervisor is responsible for the overall success of service and is expected to maintain a strong presence on the floor.
