Your Role
As an intern with our People Organization Development Department, not only will you build the skills you need to jumpstart your career but also learn about our company's culture and values, explore the systems and technologies that help us in our day-to-day tasks and duties, and the opportunity to create a professional network from experts in our field.
Your Responsibilities
During your internship your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist administrative routine in Recruitment and Training Department
- Help with recruitment process, such as screening and testing
- Help with training process, such as training evaluation
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is or has:
- University student from Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or Management major (Min. 5th Semester)
- Fluency in English is a must
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong basic interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly adaptable and able to work independently
- Excited by new challenges and learning opportunities
