Job Description
- Analyzing Man Power Planning and formulating recruitment strategies to meet Man Power Plan needs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to industrial relations
- Analyze and evaluate Organizational Structure and Job Descriptions in all functions/departments according to company needs
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address organizational development needs.
- Lead change management initiatives to support company growth and development
- Manage performance appraisal processes, employee development, and succession planning
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Maintaining and monitoring Company legal documents such as Company Deeds, expatriate permits, etc.
- Supervise general affairs activities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirement
- Bachelor's / Master degree in Law, Management of Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (more 2 years) as an HR Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of industrial relations, organization development, personnel management, general affairs, and HSE practices.
- Strong knowledge & Skill especially in Human Resources Strategic
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Familiar with Balance Score Card (BSC)
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications.
- Has HR certification (By BNSP) is a plus.
