Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
- Coordinate job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and forecast future requirements.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and overall satisfaction.
- Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and events to foster a positive work culture.
3. Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career development.
- Coordinate with trainers or external resources to deliver relevant training sessions.
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
4. Performance Management:
- Establish performance management systems to set clear expectations, provide feedback, and evaluate employee performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)
