Job Description: As the HR Manager at Gomachi Butadon, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring the smooth operation of human resources functions across all levels of the organization. You will be responsible for implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values while nurturing a culture of inclusivity, respect, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
• Coordinate job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
• Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and forecast future requirements.

2. Employee Relations and Engagement:

• Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
• Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and overall satisfaction.
• Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and events to foster a positive work culture.

3. Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career development.
• Coordinate with trainers or external resources to deliver relevant training sessions.
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

4. Performance Management:

• Establish performance management systems to set clear expectations, provide feedback, and evaluate employee performance.
• Conduct performance appraisals, goal setting, and development planning in collaboration with managers.
• Implement measures to recognize and reward high performers and address underperformance effectively.

5. HR Policies and Compliance:

• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Ensure all employment practices adhere to legal requirements and ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate records related to employee data, contracts, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification such as PHR or SPHR would be an advantage.
