Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 12 years of experience as a generalist in human resources
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing HR teams
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change initiatives
