Job Description:
- Prepare an annual work plan.
- Ensure compliance aspects of Industrial Relation.
- Maintain harmonization of the HR with implementation in Business Unit for HR Development, HR Services, and GA.
- Ensure the implementation of SHE running based on Procedure.
- Develop employees with coaching, counselling, or performance review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of Psychology, Law, Management, or other related major.
- Minimum 3 years experiences in same position.
- Preferably from Manufacture.
- Having experienced about HR Generalist.
- Deep knowledge about UUCK and UU 13.
- Skills: Leadership, Budgeting, Analytical Thinking.
- Fluent in English.
