Hr Manager

Job Description:

• Prepare an annual work plan.
• Ensure compliance aspects of Industrial Relation.
• Maintain harmonization of the HR with implementation in Business Unit for HR Development, HR Services, and GA.
• Ensure the implementation of SHE running based on Procedure.
• Develop employees with coaching, counselling, or performance review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of Psychology, Law, Management, or other related major.
• Minimum 3 years experiences in same position.
• Preferably from Manufacture.
• Having experienced about HR Generalist.
• Deep knowledge about UUCK and UU 13.
• Skills: Leadership, Budgeting, Analytical Thinking.
• Fluent in English.
