Job Description :
- Responsible for supervising all process of employee recruitment.
- Responsible for making monthly, quarterly and yearly plan of HR.
- Responsible for making monthly and yearly plan and organizing employee training program.
- Responsible for supporting job of negotiation with labour union under instruction GM and Director.
- Responsible for making salary and evaluation scheme.
- Responsible for reviewing company regulation and report it Dinas tenaga kerja.
Job Requirement :
- Diploma or bachelor degree holder from all major
- Have more than 3 years' experience in the related division (Must have an experience to handling a subordinate)
- Proficient in using Ms Office Application (Especially In Ms Excel)
- Already established a good communication in HR community (especialy in Cikarang area)
- Fluent in English language
- Have knowledge and relation to improving HR Information System
- Have a knowledge and experience to working using HORENSO Report system
