HRD Manager & Legal
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English (oral and written).
- At least 4 Years of working experience.
- Having knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, personnel administration, training & development, performance management, industrial relation, HRIS, etc).
- Having knowledge in labour laws and other related HR regulations (included UU Cipta Kerja) in Indonesia.
- Having experience in IT/Consulting industry is an advantages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent in analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Excellent in data administration, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Job Description :
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment processes to attract top talent.
- KPI Building and Monitoring: Develop and monitor KPIs aligned with organizational goals.
- Performance Management: Implement performance systems for goal-setting and evaluations.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee inquiries, conflicts, and engagement.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and deliver programs for skill enhancement.
- Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.
- General Affairs (GA) Responsibilities: Oversee office maintenance, facilities, space planning, and travel arrangements. Build and manage relationships with vendors, including negotiating contracts and overseeing service delivery.
- Safety and Security: Enforce workplace safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Administrative Tasks: Coordinate meetings, manage correspondence, and maintain records.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure HR processes comply with tax regulations.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with employment laws (UU Cipta Kerja dkk).
