Contract Commercial Management: Take ownership of end-to-end contract commercial matters between Staffinc Group and external parties. This includes drafting, reviewing, negotiating, signing, and maintaining records of contracts.
Research & Risk Assessment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct research for new product development and launches, including identifying legal risks and liabilities, and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Licensing & Reporting Support: Handle the submission of mandatory reports to government agencies, such as LKPM, and oversee the management of business and operational licenses through the OSS system.
Dispute Resolution: Lead and provide guidance in the management and resolution of legal disputes or conflicts, utilizing negotiation, mediation, or legal action as necessary.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of contact for inquiries from various departments within the group, including business, operations, finance, and human resources.
Legal Operations and Administration: Provide essential administrative support to the legal department, which includes managing correspondence, preparing legal documents, maintaining organized records of legal matters, and ensuring compliance with record-keeping standards
Required qualifications
Minimum 4 to 5 years of working experience, with a preference for experience in a startup or law firm.
Experience in advising on general corporate & commercial and employment matters.
Demonstrated flexibility and the capacity to adapt to changing business needs, while still ensuring legal compliance and protection.
Experience in legal industrial relations will be considered an added value.
Proven experience in handling and communicating with external stakeholders, such as government entities or associations.
Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English, particularly in a legal context.
Be comfortable working in a small, versatile team while engaging with various stakeholders across the organization.
