The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with greeting all guests (internal or external) to the Human Resources Office while maintaining the day-to-day administrative function of a highly active Human Resources office. Responsibilities will include responding to phone, email, walk-ins and walking around the Hotel inquires, coordination and collaboration of colleague relations events, special projects, administrative responsibilities related to recruitment, benefits, payroll, leave of absence administration, worker’s compensation, and training. The Coordinator will also be an integral partner in creating and supporting safety and well-being in the workplace for all colleagues.
