3 years proven experience in HR and Recruitment, preferably in the retail or health, clinic-chains industry.

Must be residing in Jakarta.
Drive car/ ride bike for work with valid license is preferable to increase mobility.

JOB SUMMARY : Direct the routin functions of Human Resources/HR Department including hiring & interviewing staff, managing benefits, and enforcing company policies & practices.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding the meets the company’s business goals.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
- Set up and evaluate performance management tools (Key Indicator Performance-KPIs of each employee) to provide guidance and feedback of improvement.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them resolution.
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
- Work together with Operation to enforce compliance of all employees to SOPs and company policies.
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals, employee’s benefit schemes are aligned with company’s goal.
- Design and implement employee retention strategies.
- Give recommendation of improvement to management.
- Attend mandatory company’s training and weekly meeting.
