• Qualification Bachelor’s Degree Psychology/Law or related background
• Experience 3 years
• Location Jakarta 
• Job Field Employee training, career development, performance development, mentoring, coaching, tuition assistance and other activities related to developing a workforce.

3 years proven experience in HR and Recruitment, preferably in the retail or health, clinic-chains industry. 

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Fluent in English is a must.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be residing in Jakarta.

Drive car/ ride bike for work with valid license is preferable to increase mobility. 

Benefit Range (Variantion depends on credetials, qualifications and performance; Monthly benefit consists of main salary, transport, parking, BPJS, and additional 3-monthly performance incentive) : 

• Training Period 1 month 6mio
• Probation 6 months 7-8mio
• Full Time (IDR 9-10mio/month) 

JOB SUMMARY : Direct the routin functions of Human Resources/HR Department including hiring & interviewing staff, managing benefits, and enforcing company policies & practices.

Responsibilities : 

1. Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding the meets the company’s business goals.
2. Develop training materials and performance management programs to ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
3. Set up and evaluate performance management tools (Key Indicator Performance-KPIs of each employee) to provide guidance and feedback of improvement.
4. Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them resolution.
5. Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
6. Work together with Operation to enforce compliance of all employees to SOPs and company policies.
7. Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals, employee’s benefit schemes are aligned with company’s goal.
8. Design and implement employee retention strategies.
9. Give recommendation of improvement to management.
10. Attend mandatory company’s training and weekly meeting.
