About The Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing acquisition strategies in Indonesia.
The ideal candidate will drive the development and optimization of our performance marketing acquisition to support local and regional goals.
This role is based in Indonesia and reports to the General Manager, DA Indonesia.
A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

• Product Marketing: Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to inform product positioning and messaging. Plan, manage and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies, content creation, and demand generation activities.
• Customer Acquisition Strategy: Conduct research, develop and execute comprehensive customer acquisition strategies to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and expand our customer base.
• Cross-Channel Campaigns: Plan, create, and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to digital advertising, social media, website and content marketing.
• Content Creation: Create compelling and relevant content that resonates with our target audience and supports lead generation efforts.
• Website Management: Creating and optimizing landing pages to improve SEO performance and to support conversion.
• Digital Advertising: Develop strategy for paid search and social media ad campaigns to maximize ROI and reach key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Social Media Management: Responsible for ensuring the company's social media presence, crafting engaging posts and monitoring trends to ensure effective engagement and growth.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and ensure a competitive edge.
  

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, with minimum 5 years experience in Marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully driving customer acquisition in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Solid experience in planning and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns, including Digital Marketing, digital advertising, social media, content marketing.
• Creative thinker with proven marketing analytical skills with ability to dive deep and analyze performance showing impactful results with data.
• Knowledge of and experience in creating and managing web content via Content Management Systems.
• Independent, self-driven individual with highly responsible nature, strategic thinker with multi-tasking and decision making abilities.
• Collaborative team player who can work effectively within a small team and contribute to a positive work culture
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn and stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
