Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in administrative related work.
- From SI industry background.
- Thorough and attention to details.
- Active and possess initiative to follow up issues with counter party.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Create and coordinate data base for customer & item in CRM System to support administration work for sales team.
- Categorize item data base according to item category and ensure the details are correct.
- Input estimates (quotation) in system and check the completeness & accuracy of the supporting documents before submitting for approval.
- Summarize and follow up with each sales team on the record submission in the system and cross check completeness with submitted quotation.
- Support sales related administrative work.
- Support sales operation.
