Responsibilities
• Build sales team, train, evaluate, and monitor performance• Build technical competence of sales team• Drive different sales initiatives• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts• Use customer feedback to generate new ideas for features or products• Research and discover methods to improve customer engagement• Implement sales analysis, prepare sales reports, suggest improvements• Drive improvements in proposal processes and completion time• Manage quotation database and provide analysis to management• Coordinate production planning and delivery with finance, operations, and SSC• Set and track sales targets and KPIs• Ensure compliance with sales, financial, budget, legal, and policy procedures• Coordinate sales projects to meet deadlines• Manage all customer communications, handle needs promptly• Manage and summarize customer support team• Formulate and revise customer support policies and promote their implementation• Manage team to provide application support to sales team• Drive new business initiatives• Create technical presentations• Study and analyze new market opportunities• Drive export business• Build open communication culture within your team• Increase acquisition of prospects and conversion of prospects into orders
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial), or related fields• Professional qualification in Sales and Marketing is an advantage• Proven experience in sales with thorough knowledge of sales principles, product or service management, sales and business development, and a track record of demonstrated success and performance• Experience in commercial/sales environment and strong technical knowledge• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently• Ability to read technical drawings/designs• Proficiency in computers, Knowledge of CRM• Excellent interpersonal, team management, presentation, and communication skills• Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills• Preferably residing in Jakarta or willing to work in Jakarta• Placement in Slipi, West Jakarta
