Requirement:
- QCD management at construction sites (Office, Hotel, Store, F&B)
- Budget Control
- Coordinate with related party
- Own vehicle and possess valid driving license
- Strong understanding of design principles, Interior Design, structural, furniture, and installation work.
- Knowledge of Budget Control (BOQ)
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and resolve operational issues
- Proactive thinking and strong analytical skills
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Project management experiences in construction to drive project execution
- Independent, strong problem-solving skills and a consistent approach to address technical topics
- Eager to learn, motivated, positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
- Own vehicle and possess valid driving license
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer /Interior Design/ architectural/ or related fields
- Experience more than 7 years in construction industry
- Technical knowledge both theoretical and practical with a focus on civil work, MEP, interior fittings and equipment as well as design
- Fluent knowledge in English communication (written and spoken)
- Good computer skills such as Microsoft Office, Auto CAD and/or Sketch-Up, Microsoft Project, Power point
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
