We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Business Development Manager to lead our client expansion efforts into new markets, particularly focusing on China and the US. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and achieving market penetration objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive market entry strategies for China and the US markets, identifying key opportunities and implementing plans for successful market penetration.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with potential distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders, negotiating and closing strategic partnerships to drive sales and brand visibility.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and market demands, providing valuable insights for product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Drive sales initiatives, develop pricing strategies, and collaborate with sales teams to achieve revenue targets in the targeted markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and supply chain to ensure alignment and successful execution of market entry strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience 5+ years in International Business Development within the FMCG industry, with a successful track record of entering and expanding into new markets, especially in China and the US.
- Fluency in English Mandatory and Mandarin is plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills essential for building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional analytical abilities with a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and willingness to travel as required.
