International Payroll Specialist

International Payroll Specialist - Permanent - London - Hybrid - up to £60,000 per annum
Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a global legal firm, who are seeking an International Payroll Specialist. You will be assisting the current team with processing both the UK and International payrolls. The candidate will have a variety of duties, such as supporting the current team in preparing and submitting data, before specific deadlines and dealing with Payroll enquiries etc.
The International Payroll Specialist will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:
* Reviewing the London and international office monthly payrolls and partner payments to ensure that they're complete and accurate
* Undertake a review of the London payroll bureau
* Be key point of contact with the managed service provider in respect of the specific payrolls.
* Supporting the preparation of any monthly or ad hoc payments
* Assist with the preparation of all statutory returns, to include Employers Annual Return Form P35, Forms P14 and P60 and P11D's
* Deal with any UK payroll queries.
Key Skills:
* Must have 5 years' payroll experience,(EMEA experience would be desirable)
* The ability to operate in a fast and dynamic environment
* Strong communication skills with team members of all levels
* An inquisitive mind and the ability to think outside the box
