We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Payroll Specialist. Reporting to the Project Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Indonesia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Consulting and its’ growth.Key responsibilities:
- Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain and update payroll information.
- Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave and reporting.
- Resolving payroll discrepancy
Key requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years’ work experiences as Payroll Specialist or consultant.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any fields. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good command in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent knowledge in excel and word.
- Good communication, analytical thinking, and good interpersonal skills.
- He/she must also be a very patient and detail person as the job would involve customer’s service.
- Knowledge in payroll and tax will be a plus point.
- Willing to learn and fast learning.
