Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Provide support in data entry, validation, and accuracy of HRIS information.
- Assist in training employees on HRIS usage.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and data management.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS software.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
