Job Description :
As Key Account Manager for B2B Industrial & Heavy Equipment OEM you will be driving the strategic partnership with several existing major global accounts and work collaboratively with local, regional and global stakeholders to expand Shell’s presence in the OEMs Industry.
- Accelerate the B2B growth in Industrial & Heavy Equipment OEM s in alignment with the Full Potential strategy and New Sectors Breakthrough.
- Leading business expansion to partners and pipeline through consistent and highly effective relationship management and cross selling activities of all the potential product pipeline of genuine oil / branded lubricants, grease, services, and coolants.
- Develop and manage long-term customer relationships with Key Accounts and to co-ordinate the activities of all service providers supporting these accounts to achieve the overall sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
You will be required to spend significant time on the field visiting customers and prospects.
- Ensure practices Imperative behaviors, HSSE policies, and Shell Business Principles;
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with all Support Functions to assist sales in resolving complex issues and improve customer satisfaction on daily basis.
