Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team in the area to maximize sales and execution in the field runs well.
- Establish good communication with each account to build long-term cooperation.
- Managing administration and reports to analyze account and company performance.
- Provide reports regarding the progress of each account, targets, future initiatives/plans with the team and account.
- Carry out dealing and negotiations with account parties regarding account management (NPD, Promos, displays, order allocation, listing, etc.) together with KAM & NKAM according to the budget.
- Monitor sales achievement including but not limited to sales out and selling in, PO allocation, and stock in each account.
- Monitor market conditions such as competitor activity and store activity.
- Ensure display placement, promotions and prices are in accordance with the agreement.
- Carry out monitoring and evaluation of service level achievements.
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 any major
- Minimum 1– 2 years of relevant working experience (sales and distribution) in Indonesia
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, expanding market presence and visibility as well as negotiating trading/distribution terms
- Strong leadership traits and interpersonal skills, experienced in managing a big team, and strong in people development
- Results-driven, move-fast, high initiative skills while able to work under pressure and multitasking
- Ability to work with an attitude of proactive, result-oriented, integrity and commitment to strict confidentiality.
- Computer literate, especially for Ms Office
- Able to communicate in English
