Roles & Responsibilities:
- To manage e-commerce enablers B2B and B2C by collaborating with the brand's team.
- Maintain and acquire new brands and build strong relationships with brands and platform counterparts.
- To convert brand strategy into sales strategy for multiple brands.
- To drive and monitor improvements for each brand category performance metrics: sales performance, market and competitor analysis, promotion and marketing campaign launch, stock forecast, etc.
- Work closely with Key Account Manager (KAM) in setting up and updating pricing and analyzing to assist in decision-making.
- Lead and develop the business team (e-commerce Sales Admin) thru coaching and training regularly to motivate and improve collaboration to drive brand performance and aim for business goals.
- To review sales achievement vs target at various marketplace platform regularly (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Provide business solutions and resolve problems related to any inquiries or complaints.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree.
- Preferably domicile around BSD South Tangerang or Central Jakarta.
- Must have at least 5 (five) years of work experience in the e-commerce industry and 2 (two) years as a Key Account Executive in an e-commerce enabler/marketplace platform/brand.
- The job holder having excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Having broad knowledge and relationship in FMCG industries will be an advantage.
- Must have strong analytical skills, pay attention to detail, and be able to work under pressure.
- Have a solid collaborative leadership attitude in a fast-paced environment and business dynamics.
- Must have proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
