Job Description:
- Execute reseller aRecquisition program to reach more relevant Reseller (Both offline or O2O) partners of Elsheskin
- Assisting Reseller Partner to enhance the sell out performance by creating traffic, visibility, and end consumer promo strategy
- Execute education and retention programs of Reseller; such as gathering, mini workshop and loyalty program
- Being involved in monthly strategic plan with Business Partnership Manager and Marketing Department
- Creating bi-weekly and monthly reseller performance analysis (Partner's performance, Sales, Visibility, program effectiveness)
- Manage day to day communication with Reseller Partner, Operations team, and all other related department
- Translating monthly strategic plan into detailed Forecast per SKU level
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 1 years experienced in B2B, reseller fields in beauty/skin care/fashion.
- Experienced in driving sales through partnership with reseller and distribution channel / consignment / general trade
- Have experience in manage distribution to modern retail channel (Modern Trade) and General Trade
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Strong Aptitude for data and analytical skills, ability to synthesize data to drive decision making
- Passionate in achieving company's objective and develop capacity and capability team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented & Target Oriented Person
- Experience managing vendor and partners relationships and budgets
- Superb written and verbal communication skills with both reseller, small enterprises partner and HQ teams
- Willing to hands- on and visit customers.
