Job Description
Conduct a thorough analysis of sales data to identify opportunities and potential areas for growth within Modern Trade channels, specifically emphasizing Sociolla, Watsons, Boots, and Guardian, with the primary objective of increasing sales.
Meeting & exceeding sales targets for the assigned territories.
Identifying and acquiring new customers/star outlets, as well as up-selling to the existing database.
Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.
Build a strong pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services
Prepare regular reports and participate in regular meetings to review performance.
Analyzing market trends and competitors activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
Efficiently execute promotional programs, product bundling, and visual merchandising strategies to optimize sales performance.
Oversee and evaluate the implementation of strategies and operations in Modern Trade channels/accounts to sustain and enhance sales growth.
Ensure the proper distribution of products based on purchase orders issued by Modern Trade channels, preventing stockouts, and maintaining optimal stock levels on channels.
Qualifications
Open to all majors, minimum have 1-3 years experience on Key Account Executive or related field.
Relevant knowledge in the Skincare and Retail industry.
Proficient in Market Analysis, Supply Chain Management, and Account Management.
Familiarity with Google Products (Google Spreadsheets, Google Form, etc.).
Ability to work from the office in Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan.
Ability to create and implement sales strategies.
Customer-centric approach and ability to build strong relationships.
Able to communicate in English (both written and spoken).
Has experience as Trainer in famous brand/company is preferred.
Willing to following WFO policy 100% at Head Quarter Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta
