Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in Key Account Management or sales management within
the FMCG industry. - Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics, consumer behavior, and
industry trends. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
- Results-driven and customer-focused approach to Account Management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage
multiple priorities effectively.
