Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing our company's interactions with key clients. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, customer service, and a knack for building strong, lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
• Address and resolve any client issues promptly and satisfactorily.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term retention.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to convey client requirements and guarantee client satisfaction.
• Renew agreements and actively participate in tenders. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within Key Accounts to maximize revenue growth.
• Reporting and Analysis: Organize Client Satisfaction surveys and monitor results

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in client relations or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and an impeccable attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is a must.
