Job Description

  • Develop and execute the Key Account strategy for the modern trade channel, with a focus on health and beauty accounts.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders at assigned accounts, including buyers, category managers, and merchandising teams.
  • Drive sales through effective account management, negotiating favorable terms, and executing promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored product assortments and marketing strategies to meet the needs of each account.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth within assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with accounts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities, industry trends, and market developments, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in key account management within the health and beauty industry, with a focus on modern trade channels.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian retail landscape, particularly within health and beauty segments.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
