Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Modern Trade accounts.
- Drive sales growth through effective negotiation, promotional planning, and assortment optimization.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for business development.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with Key Accounts to achieve mutual objectives and drive long-term profitability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
