The role of KYC Team Leader at Pluang involves executing daily escalations, managing various daily customer onboarding issues and maintaining accuracy within the system.
This includes processing escalation tickets from other teams, analyzing operational data, and handling suspicious transactions for regulatory reporting.
This position requires strict adherence to SOPs and SLAs for operational efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Implement strategies, process & procedures in order to have Smooth in KYC
- Optimize existing SOPs related to KYC team
- Monitor and ensure day to day KYC team run smoothly
- Solve real-time KYC Problems along side Operations Manager by working with multiple divisions and third parties
- Develop training packages alongside Operations Spv. for refreshment of the KYC Team
- Ensure all reports are reported correctly and on time
- Process data reconciliation
- Set the team's KCY shift schedule
- Process suspicious transactions to the relevant regulator reporting (GoAML)
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in accounting / business administration or related field
- 2+ years' experience in Team Leader KYC preferred
- Acute understanding of reconciliation
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel and other operational software
- Adapt problem solver and decision maker
- Strong analysis acumen
- Excellent communicator both orally and written
- Detail-oriented
- Diligent and proactive
- Respectful of deadlines
- Willing to work overtime
