Learning & Development Executive

Requirements :

• Bachelors Degree major Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or Human Resources Management
• Proven experience as Learning & Organization Development at least for 3 years.
• Able to deliver learning program, good in maintaining training administration, expertise in using Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint.
• Having good knowledge in organizational development initiatives and talent management
• Proactive, adaptive, good at public speaking, creative and open minded
• Able to communicate clearly with all levels
• Placement: Industrial Town MM2100 - Cibitung, Bekasi (willing to mobile)

Job Description:

• Handling end-to-end learning activities start from TNA, design learning program and evaluation, arrange day to day learning program activities also deliver learning programs (induction and general subjects).
• Conduct talent management program.
• Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives and action plans.
