Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree major Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or Human Resources Management
- Proven experience as Learning & Organization Development at least for 3 years.
- Able to deliver learning program, good in maintaining training administration, expertise in using Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint.
- Having good knowledge in organizational development initiatives and talent management
- Proactive, adaptive, good at public speaking, creative and open minded
- Able to communicate clearly with all levels
- Placement: Industrial Town MM2100 - Cibitung, Bekasi (willing to mobile)
Job Description:
- Handling end-to-end learning activities start from TNA, design learning program and evaluation, arrange day to day learning program activities also deliver learning programs (induction and general subjects).
- Conduct talent management program.
- Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives and action plans.
