Main Accountabilities :
- Facilitate training needs from business lines/departments within the Company on time and within the budget provided.
- Arrange regular individual training programs to strengthen skills employees already have or develop new skills.
- Coordinate the implementation of training so that it can be planned and run effectively efficient.
- Create a training and development program design.
- Create Training Budget for employees
- Develop and develop standardized training modules and methods and keep abreast of the latest developments and technology trends.
- Manage a data base regarding employee skills/competencies to find out the top map variety of skills (talent mapping) that exist in the organization.
Qualification :
- Educational Background S1 Psychology; HR Management, Education
- Minimum 3 Years Work Experience in Learning Development Position
- Have the ability to perform analysis and preparation of strategic concepts for training
- Have a good understanding related to Learning Management
- Have experience in conducting TNA (Training Need Analysis) and E-learning software
- Have familiarity or proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation)
- Good Public Relations, Disciplined and Responsible
