Learning & Development Specialist

Main Accountabilities :

1. Facilitate training needs from business lines/departments within the Company on time and within the budget provided.
2. Arrange regular individual training programs to strengthen skills employees already have or develop new skills.
3. Coordinate the implementation of training so that it can be planned and run effectively efficient.
4. Create a training and development program design.
5. Create Training Budget for employees
6. Develop and develop standardized training modules and methods and keep abreast of the latest developments and technology trends.
7. Manage a data base regarding employee skills/competencies to find out the top map variety of skills (talent mapping) that exist in the organization.

Qualification :

1. Educational Background S1 Psychology; HR Management, Education
2. Minimum 3 Years Work Experience in Learning Development Position
3. Have the ability to perform analysis and preparation of strategic concepts for training
4. Have a good understanding related to Learning Management
5. Have experience in conducting TNA (Training Need Analysis) and E-learning software
6. Have familiarity or proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation)
7. Good Public Relations, Disciplined and Responsible
