• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management or related field
• 2 - 5 years in related field as Learning & Development
• Good Knowledge about Learning and Management System, Human Behavioural Science
• Good analytical thinking and integrity
• Understand the business process in the plantation area
• High-level written and verbal communication skills

Job Desc

• Identifying the skill needed to be developed through role and business understanding and create learning interventions (personalized & continuous learning) to meet the diverse needs.
• Create and develop learning design/program (learning syllabus, methods, etc) based on learning needs analysis effectively and efficiently to ensure the objective for specific skill is achieved.
• Proposed learning design/program both personalized & continuous learning to the relevant stakeholders and the implementation of learning program align with the ultimate program and objective through effective management and execution.
• Maintain good relation and collaboration with internal and external parties to achive the operational of learning program.
• Nurturing the continuous improvement and innovation from the evaluation of Arya Noble Business School business process or system to create better results.
• Ensure implementation of all learning program are delivered on time, aligned with the ultimate program and objective and ensure that the company's budget related is used effectively and efficiently.
