👑 Job Role
- Draft and review agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s rights
- Provide legal advise for legal matters
- Make sure all the permits and licences are valid, comply with government regulations, and always manage the legal documents
- Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legal and permit matters
- Support handling litigation case (if any)
- Assist Head of Legal on a variety of related legal issues
⛩️ Requirements
- Min. Bachelor's degree of Law
- Having a minimum 5 year’s experience as Legal Assistant Manager
- Having a PERADI license (preferably)
- Having strong knowledge of all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in Indonesia
- Good Knowledge for OSS System and LKPM
- Strong handling Legal and Permit
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Able to create relation with relevant institutions
