Oversees and reducing Company's legal risk liability externally and internally, by providing advises and advocacy for HOD level or higher by:
- Researching and analyzing the possible legal implications and their resolutions;
- Providing accurate and timely legal advice with respective parties for any legal issues arise;
- Submitting monthly Legal Department activities report to Direct Supervisor;
- Submitting quarterly Legal Department activities report to Direct Supervisor;
- In charge to the succession of agreement management process for the Company and its Affiliates;
- In charge to the succession of corporate action process for the Company and its Affiliates;
- In charge to maintain high level of regulatory compliance for the Company and its Affiliates;
- In charge of handling dispute settlement process for the Company and its Affiliates; and
- In charge of comprehensiveness of legal database.
Ensure the Legal Department operational continuity and development as a supporting function for the other Department/Division of the Company by:
- Monitor and control legal documents expiring date, including permits, agreement, and legal certification, not including tax related documents, asset/property related documents and employee related documents;
- Maintain communication with the other head of department or managerial level to accommodate support request;
- Submitting periodic reports of Legal Department's budgeting, yearly plan, and yearly report to Direct Superior;
- Submitting periodic plan for Legal Department's development needs for human capital and equipment improvement to Direct Supervisor;
- Coordinate with IT Department to develop digital tools to enhance all Legal Department function;
Establish and enforced Standard Operating Procedure and/or Policy related with Legal issues of the Company by:
- In charge of drafting and executing SOP/Policy related with Legal Department handling process;
- Monitor and enforcing any issued SOP/Policy related with Legal Department handling process;
- Enhancing legal department response time on supporting other Department/Division of the Company:
- Maintain legal database comprehensiveness by providing an up to date system of document storage electronically and non-electronically;
- Create and maintain feature on the Company's system to provide any support needed by other department/function to Legal Department;
- Provide training and day to day briefing for Legal Department staff, to reach excellent services for other department/division.
