Our client is technology based Logistics Company that aims to improve efficiency and optimize logistics costs based on high operational standards, strong warehouse transportation and distribution systems, and advanced logistics applications, to increase the distribution value of the business for customers and create the best logistics experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a broad spectrum of litigation cases, with a primary emphasis on work-related accidents, delivery fraud, accidents in delivery, and quality control matters.
- Collaborate effectively with contractors, third parties, and other external entities, showcasing street-smart negotiation skills.
- Navigate a predominantly litigation-focused workload, distinguishing the role from traditional corporate commercial cases.
- Engage in the resolution of legal disputes related to logistics, industrial manufacturing, and associated sectors.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate legal risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Bachelor of Law, with minimum of 7-8 years of experience in litigation, with a proven track record of managing cases related to workplace accidents, delivery fraud, and quality control as well as general corporate commercial matters.
- Strong familiarity with logistics and industrial manufacturing sectors, with a focus on second-tier logistics and manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated negotiation skills, particularly in dealings with contractors and third parties
- Thorough knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to workplace safety, delivery, and quality control
- Excellent English command (verbal and written), experience with expat line managers/team would be a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
