Scope of work :
- Handling various Litigation and licensing matters.
- Conducting legal research.
- Overseeing and managing Litigation and License Team.
- Conducting legal project related to Litigation and License.
- Drafting various legal and company documents related to Litigation and License.
- Reviewing legal documents
- Monitoring and handling present and potential matters
- Conducting various legal research.
- Executing legal projects.
- Establishing Litigation and License system.
- Legal professional of 8 - 10 years of experience with mixed background as an in-house counsel and external lawyer.
- Accustomed handling not just Litigation but also experience in Licensing matters.
- Strong business mindset, analytical power, creative and good communication skill.
- Ambitious to growth mindset.
- Preferable having experience in law firm basis and corporate basis.
- Resilient, diligent, hard-working, adaptive, open to new challenges.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Technical knowledge : Legal drafting, legal research, legal due diligence, legal audit and implementation.
- Willing to do business trips to cover all area.
