Senior Legal Manager

Responsibilities

• Corporate Transactions: lead on going and potential corporate transactions for company (MnA, Financing, Fundraising, Corporate Restructuring, etc).
• Business & Operations contract/agreement: liaise with marketing team by preparing draft agreement; consolidate draft agreement with PIC.
• Legal handling on exposure risk: develop monitoring process to ensure the implementation of legal guidance; supervise, anticipate, prevent or correct company exposure to legal risk.
• Compliance to All Regulation: Ensure the implementation of the related government law & regulation in the Company by Identify legal requirement based on business direction and develop strategy to anticipate and handle legal risk; monitor company regulation is up to date and check the compliance of company regulation based on prevailing government regulation; analyze latest government regulation, industry association, and other commercial regulation in each country and monitor the implementation of all related regulation.
  

• 3-4 years working experience, preferable from Law Firm.
• Understanding of overall company's business and operation.
• Significant experience in Corporate Transactions (M&A, Financing, fundraising/equity fundraising, etc.) and Corporate Secretary engagements.
• Strong leadership, people-management, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage workload in a dynamic environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Fluent in spoken & written Bahasa and English.
