Responsibilities
• Overseeing the development and implementation of Ethics & Compliance (E&C) program• Working with different functions to establish and manage work relations• Creating and maintaining an ethical working culture• Conducting investigations, compliance communication, and policy review• Assessing and managing risks, projects, and training for stakeholders
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law, Business or Finance• Fluent in English, both verbal and written• 8-10 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance, Finance Audit, or Law (Legal)• Expertise in investigation, risk management, and delivering training• In-depth knowledge of compliance programs and handling complex issues• Ability to work well in a team and manage various stakeholders• Willingness to work with high mobility and frequent business travels across Indonesia
