We are looking for Manager Ethics & Compliance who will be based in Jakarta.
Your day to day
. Responsible in overseeing the development and implementation of Ethics & Compliance (E&C) program in line with the global standards - which includes developing and implementing key E&C processes such as investigations, compliance communication, review of policies, risk assessment, projects, and to create and maintain an ethical working culture
. Able to work with different functions, along with establishing and managing work relations and effective communication with various stakeholders
. Located in Jakarta, reporting to E&C Cluster Head of Indonesia and East Timor and it is part of Global Legal and Compliance Department
Who we're looking for
. Require a minimum of Bachelor's degree, preference from Law, Business or Finance major
. Fluent in English, both verbal and written
. Has 8-10 years of working experience in Ethics & Compliance, and/or Finance Audit and/or Law (Legal) related background especially in a large-scale or multinational organization
. Preferably having the expertise and prior knowledge or exposure in investigation, risk management, and delivering training and socialization to different stakeholders
. In-depth knowledge and applied understanding of compliance programs and in handling various compliance matters or complex issues across different functions
. Able to work well in a team and capable of managing various stakeholders
. Willing to work with high mobility and frequent business travels across Indonesia
