You will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns for Kura Kura Bali Island and projects on the Island including residential, commercial and retail developments.
Your responsibilities include the production of advertising and marketing materials such as presentation decks, sales kits, brochures, hoarding, marketing walls in sales gallery, website and digital screens and videos, coordinate and monitory sales gallery fitout, logistics planning for launches and events, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns & sales/ leasing activities, monitor A&P budget and expenditure.
You will assist in the execution and monitoring of digital initiatives, work closely with in-house teams, consultants, vendors and creative agencies to provide marketing support for residential and group projects including tenant engagement programmes among others.
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Real Estate Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of relevant experience (Senior Executive) or at least 5 years of relevant experience (Assistant Manager) in property or real estate development industry
- Good understanding of marketing trends, strategy and best practices
- Good written and spoken communications skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Those with good copy writing skills will have an added advantage
- Familiar with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere Pro
- Able to work a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Able to manage multiple projects and work assignments efficiently
- Must be willing to work in Bali.
