Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Executive based in Jakarta, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives, analyze market trends, and execute campaigns that effectively target our key audiences while aligning with the company's overall objectives. You will be required to

• Assistant to the Head of Marketing of the Company
• Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall company goals.
• Prepare reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and market trends
• Organise events / seminars for the company to showcase its services
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results
• Handle all social media accounts within the Company's brand and create and implement contents for frequent postings
• Manage the company's webpage
• Other related marteting duties as assigned/ required from time to time

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration or its equivalent.
• Familiarity with marketing / social media management, design software and technologies.
• At least 1-2 years of related experience in sales/marketing/service, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in English (Oral and Written)
• Excellent communication, Strong work ethic, responsible, diligent able to work independently and self-motivated
