Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for online and offline channels tailored specifically to the Indonesian market, aligning with brand objectives. (Specialized in Online sales channel is prioritized)
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competition in the Indonesian fashion industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including social media, influencer partnerships, and online advertising.
- Establish and nurture relationships with local influencers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and use insights to refine marketing strategies for maximum impact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion marketing, preferably in the Indonesian market.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian consumer behavior and fashion trends.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
- Experience in Indonesian marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok Shop etc. (including setting up livestream, campaign planning and negotiating with RM)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
Proficiency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English languages.
