Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion e-commerce, fashion retail industry or agency.
- High proficiency in English and Indonesian
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and the retail landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, events, etc.).
- Understand marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Have a broad knowledge of fashion brands (Hypebeast, streetwear, high-end fashion brands) and retail.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends and style.
