Marketing Executive - Gastrointestinal & Respiratory

Olympus Medical Indonesia is looking for a passionate Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team dedicated to gastrointestinal (GI and Respiratory) endoscopy products! In this role, you'll play a vital role in promoting our innovative  technology and driving growth within this critical medical field.

Your Responsibilities:

• Execute strategic marketing activities for our GI and Respiratory product portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales team, APAC and Singapore marketing team and a distributor to ensure marketing efforts support achieving sales targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity within the Indonesian GI and respiratory endoscope landscape, developing targeted marketing strategies accordingly.
• Localize marketing materials specifically tailored to local customer needs
• Promote features and benefits of Olympus products to healthcare professionals through On-Patient Demonstration. 
• Plan and execute promotional activities at major medical conferences and educational workshops for healthcare professionals.
• Develop customer relationship with healthcare professionals to understand market trends and unmet needs.
• Support the GI sales team in presentations with hospitals and clinics.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in GI technology and endoscopic procedures.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a science-related field (Biology, Medical Technology, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong presentation skills with a deep understanding of GI medical terminology.
• Creative and innovative thinking with a passion for healthcare marketing.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.
• Marketing or sales experience, particularly within the medical device industry, a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
