Campaign Management

- This involves generating ideas, executing plans, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure the campaign runs seamlessly and achieves success.
Digital Marketing management
- Work closely with internal and regional teams to create effective creativity for digital & integrated marketing communications to meet the strategic and business goals.
- Generate ideas, execute plans, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the campaign runs seamlessly and achieves success.
- Be the digital brand experts, creating and developing content that fits the brand essence and digital space. Work as a content creator to generate a marketing content but also lead brand properties, managing updates and communications through all marketing channels.
- Have a good understanding of Social Media in regards of upcoming influencers or new trends.
- Manage online content calendar, optimize ad boost and manage influencers to build a strong brand community.
- Create and develop advertising content and find new marketing ideas. To promote products through online channels Support sales and follow up on results.
- Manage and conduct monthly reports from all digital touchpoints across brands platform; Ensuring digital efforts are optimized, relevant and targeted to the right consumer segments.
- Prepare an evaluation of marketing activities and various promotional activities.
- Control work and coordinate with relevant departments both internally and externally, including preparing various related documents.
- Other duties as assigned.
Marketing Material Execution
- Be creative is our core value, you will work closely with internal team to create effective creativity for digital & integrated marketing communications to meet the strategy and business goals.
- A key person who takes care of the key visual of new product launch campaign.
- Working in conjunction with agency, production house, content creator to generate a marketing content.
- Be the lead for brand properties, managing updates and communications through owned channels.
Others
- Manage the brand’s presence in e-commerce, delivery aggregators, 3rd party collaborations, vouchers/gift cards, loyalty programme and reporting on performance of various activations.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Public Relation, Communication or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing field.
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management, detail-oriented & with creativity skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concept.
- Excellent organizational & multitasking skill with ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment .
- Fast learner & proactive.
- Proficient in reading and writing in English and Bahasa Indonesia
