Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and monitor promotion strategy execution to achive sales targets.
- Create buy-in for the product vision within the organization.
- Design and implement strategies to enhance product brands and their image.
- Develop product positioning strategies and analyze metrics for product success.
- Develop promotional materials and marketing programs aligned with product promotion cycles.
- Identify new marketing opportunities through joint visits with the Sales team.
- Provide technical information to assist the Sales team in product promotion and competition handling.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and consumer impact.
- Supervise the implementation of promotional programs and evaluate result for improvement strategies.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with teams to ensure quick time-to-market and optimal resources for product launches.
Requirements :
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of food markets, competition, and customer requirements.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing for consumer goods, including program development, budgeting, implementation, and evaluation.
- Experience coordinating with sales team and preferably conducting business reviews/trade terms with Buyers.
