Job Responsibilities:
- Develop annual sales plan and action plan, organize the team to implement sales tasks, achieve sales targets.
- Develop market strategies and conduct business.
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of key hospitals and authoritative experts.
- Improve the regional distribution network, do a good job in the recruitment of dealers, and daily management.
- Assist in the follow-up and implementation of government projects in the region.
- Handle customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, medical or biological and other related majors are preferred.
- Proficient in English, or understand Chinese.
- More than five years of sales experience in the field of biomedical, with third-party medical testing sales management experience is preferred.
- Strong agent development, management and hospital development management capabilities.
- Good communication skills, with strong execution.
