Responsibilities:
- Receive closed-client files from the Sales team and ensure PKS has been processed correctly and signed by both parties.
- Checking on budget that received from the Sales Team/Quotation Team.
- Execute the planned tour package and distribute tasks to the internal team.
- Coordinate the operation team and vendor partners (local partners, hotels, transportation, etc.).
- Managing costing (margin recovery & managing cost).
- Ensure various needs and requirements of company clients, according to the deal (including Luggage Tags, Banners, Participant Hand Books, etc).
- Conduct meetings with clients regarding the sales, tour preparations, feedback, etc.
- Checking on financial administration preparation (related to tour departure).
- Checking on operation team's work.
- Briefing the Tour Leader regarding the tour details.
- Monitor the on-going group and carry out trouble-shooting and mitigation if operational problems occur in the field.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree of Tourism form reputable University, age maximal 30 years’ old
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the same position.
- Having a good knowledge with product & destinations
- Ability to work efficiently with the systems and procedures, attentive to detail, strong problem-solving skills and a can-do flexible attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Flexibility in working timing.
- Ability to work in team, good leadership and resolve problems
- Strong personality, polite, charming, professional and service oriented
- Excellent command of spoken & written English
